Refund & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment model, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, or buyer's remorse.

Exception — Damaged or Defective Items Only

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a free replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at labeauly@gmail.com
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect
  • The item must be unused and unaltered

We review each claim individually. Approved claims will receive a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or style ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Press-on nails
  • Nail glue
  • Nail kits
  • Nail art accessories and tools

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at labeauly@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
