Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at labeauly@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
